Good morning members

Tuesday 27th May

Membership afternoon from 1 – 3pm with the draw at $350.  Mike Derecourt will be entertaining. Our senior lunch special will be option 1: Prawn Salad option 2: Tomato Soup and toast. In the evening downstairs we have Indoor Bowls and Darts starting at 7pm. Upstairs we have the Believe it Or Not Quiz night starting at 7pm.

Wednesday 28th May 500 card group play upstairs 12.30pm. Euchre card group play downstairs at 7pm. Counties Sports Fishing are having their General Meeting in the lounge at 7:30pm.

Thursday 29th  May membership draw has reached $2700 and the draw will happen between 6:30 - 8:30pm.  Entertainment by ‘Just Richard’ starting at 7pm.

Friday 30th  May Upstairs in the evening we have the show featuring Suzanne Lynch, Shane Hales and the band Shazam happening 8pm start. There are still tickets available, you can get these through the office. It is $30 for members and $35 for non members. The handle club is downstairs and it is starts around 5:30pm. The draw is $100 this week.

Sunday 1st June the Club fishing section are running their Gurnard and Trevally competition. Please see Peter or Shaun for tickets here at the club this Thursday evening.

Restaurant:     We are now open for breakfast Saturdays and Sundays 8am – 11am. We also have a new winter menu available .. Please ask staff to see the menu…. and we can now have espresso coffee available.  For bookings phone 09 2359131 ext 5

Sunday               Breakfast 8am – 11am and order off the menu, blackboard specials from 2pm – 7pm

Committee Nominations:  the forms for nominations are available on the noticeboard displayed in both bars. Nominations are to be completed and then placed in the ballot box upstairs in the lounge bar.

Club Van:          please phone 0211684171 if you need a ride to or from the club.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: these are due at the end of the month. You can pay online or come into the office and pay your membership.  The office will be open 5:30pm Thursday evening if you want to renew your membership and you can collect your card at the same time as we print them out ourselves now. For those of you who have already paid your membership, would you please collect your card from the downstairs bar.

Wednesday 11th June:  Wine tasting evening … $30 pp ... includes 8 variety wines from Mission Estate Hawkes Bay region plus food to compliment each wine 7pm start

Sunday 29th June:  Corrugated Iron Painting. $50 pp 2pm – 5pm in downstairs bar
